Chocolat's delightful creations range from superior handcrafted chocolates to delicate truffles. We carefully select only the freshest ingredients, including the highest chocolate containing 100% cocoa butter, local dairy products, herbs and fruits of the season. There are no preservatives, additives or artificial flavors in any of our products.

WHOLESALE

Chocolat is pleased to offer its handcrafted chocolates to restaurants, hotels, catering companies and other great locations across the country. Our chocolates have a 6 weeks shelf life upon arrival. We use the industry's newest technology in insulated shipping boxes containing frozen gel packs to ensure maximum freshness at delivery.

PASTRY CLASSES

Begin or continue your food education, Chef Frederic Loraschi wants to share his know-how with you in a relaxed atmosphere. Rediscover the pleasure of pastry making, learn new things, create desserts with everyday seasonal ingredients, and awake your palate with new recipes and tastes.

Pastry classes are taught in Chef Frederic's cozy, yet practical pastry laboratory that can accommodate 6 amateurs' students. All classes are hands-on and participants prepare the recipes together, and can easily make them again at home.

CONSULTING

Chef Frederic offers his consulting expertise to pastry shops, bakeries and a restaurant that wants to renew or improve their line of products from cakes, tarts, petit fours, pre dessert, plated desserts, ice cream and chocolate or sugar sculpture.

Following your needs and demand, we together develop a strategic plan of the finish products that you would like to sale or improve in your retail operation.

Recipes and techniques are implemented in your structure using your equipment and ingredients. Your Staff is trained on the "mise en place" and production of the products created during the formation.

During the formation and training Chef Frederic will accentuate and explain his approach of pastry focus on taste, production work efficiency, cost effective recipes, as well as sharing with you where to source some of is favorite products.
