Chocolat Frederic LORASCHI offers year-round shipping to customers. Shipping rates are determined and may vary depending on the weight and the distance of the shipment. We ship exclusively with UPS and transit times may vary depending on the destination. UPS next day saver delivery is available Monday-Thursday. (If you require a Saturday delivery, please telephone us. Saturday delivery rates will apply).

Chocolat Frederic LORASCHI is not responsible if the package is lost after delivered.

Internet orders are processed at 7:00 am according to the above referenced shipping schedule. If you are placing your order after 7:00 am, it will be shipped the following day according to the shipping schedule.

Orders are never shipped on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The shipment schedule is based on the date your order is received. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.

We do not ship to International destinations. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O Boxes, you must provide a street address for your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather or mechanical error and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.

Orders are never shipped the same day they are received.

If the destination city’s temperature exceeds 70 degrees we strongly suggest that you update your shipping method to the UPS next day air saver. We are not responsible if the chocolates arrive melted and will not offer any refund.
